Liquid-Phase Reactor
This is a high pressure, liquid-phase reactor. A 300 ml Parr reactor, it can be pressurized to up to 2000 psi, and heated to up to 350°C. An external burette is used to keep the internal pressure constant during reaction, and to follow the kinetics of reaction via the analysis of the gas phase mixture. This setup is being used to test a number of catalytic hydrogenation reactions.
